the form doesn't copy/paste to bugzilla well

Copying/pasting the form into a bugzilla comments results in unformatted text (no numbers, no bullet points, etc.). Can we get a version that's easy to use in bugzilla?

Interesting question. I think it's a conflict between github's markdown renderer and how BMO has plain-text input. Definitely we can at the very least evaluate the copy-to-bugzilla use case when we're updating the form.

I actually initially misread the instructions and thought I could fill out the form as a comment, but it says to attach it as a file. Other processes like patch uplift happen as forms filled out in comments, so maybe what I'm really asking for is for this to be implemented as a bugzilla form.
