Support for Olimex ESP32-C3-DevKit-Lipo

Hello @mp-se,
as in the previous disscussion stated, I offer to integrate new boards. Since my original board (DevkitC) had a too big of a voltage drop,
i've switched to the olimex ESP32-C3-DevKit-Lipo board. I've adapted all needed scripts and dependencies (at least as I know...)

If you're interested: Whats your Merge process? If I'm not mistaken, I can't push a new branch to your repo.
By the end of January, I will get another board with ESP32 and Charging on board, which I Plan to adapt.

Well all contributions are welcome, pull request is the way forward. Start a pr with your changes and i can have a look if something is missing. Base it on the dev branch. I probably need to add a section with all new boards and options. It will be hard for me to test them and validate them all….

I will probably need to refactor the pin setup to handle all variations in a more flexible way but that should not hinder the pr/merge. I can fix that later.

Im currently doing some major refactoring to support other sensors, first out will be a pressure sensor option.
