This is the first submission of this package to CRAN.

Test environments

  • Local macOS install, R 3.5.1
  • Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (on Travis CI), R 3.5.0
  • Not tested on Windows, because the command-line software that this package wraps around and controls (ADMIXTOOLS) is supported only on macOS and Linux.

R CMD check results

There were no ERRORs, no WARNINGs and only one NOTE ("New submission").
