aarch64 test failure #60

Since the latest update of OpenBLAS from 0.3.26->28 in rawhide, FlexiBLAS fails to build in aarch64 due to a test failure. Here's the build log. Before bothering the OpenBLAS maintainers, do you think the issue is there or here?

It might be a problem on the OpenBLAS side. The OpenBLAS team only does the BLAS tests and some integration tests but not the LAPACK tests. One could compile the Netlib-BLAS-LAPACK tests on top of an OpenBLAS to check. Unfortunately, I do not have an aarch64 at hand at the moment.
