Support Fitzpatrick Pale Skin Tone Modifier #10

There are so called Pale Skin Tone Modifier which modify the skin color of a emoji.

For example 1f44b-1f3fb becomes 👋🏻.

In Twemoji, there are already svgs for this, but xelatex-emoji reads the chars seperate and renders them as 👋 🏻
