com.vividsolutions.jts wrongly identified

Thanks for the nice plugin!

We found some issues:
https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.vividsolutions/jts/1.13 is identified as gpl-1.0 instead of LGPL 3.
https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.vividsolutions/jts-parent/1.14.0 is identified as gpl-2.0 instead of LGPL 2.1.

This pull request fixes this issue. The project maintainer does not pull it because I as too lazy until to fix the whitespace issues in the pull request so that the actual problem can be seen more easily:

I fixed the whitespace and it is now easier to see the actual changes that have been made. See my comment in the PR for the text file diff.
