@alfonsorr made a better release process for spark-fast-tests, see this issue.

Perhaps we should make the same changes for this repo so JAR files are easily accessible for Scala 2.11, Scala 2.12, and Scala 2.13.

Thoughts?

I will take a look next week. We have to be sure that all we need is in previous spark versions.
