After the file is downloaded, I can only can skip backwards/forwards in 30 second increments. I've tried on VLC, PotPlayer, Mxplayer, and multiple other media players, all the same issue. It locks to 30 seconds, even tho you want to skip forward/backward at smaller intervals.

Can you allow skipping forward/backward at shorter intervals?
