Calculating Quartet distance for trees with >500 leaves

Hi, the trees in my datasets are huge, with a minimum of 900 leaves. It would be great if the Quartet script could accommodate for bigger trees. Thanks! This is my email if you need more information - [email protected]

Thanks for the message! I've been working on updating the package to use the centroid path decomposition tree algorithm from Jansson & Rajaby (2017) (#67) – I'll see whether this can facilitate support for larger trees.
