How does clustermq's load balancing work? Does it support worker affinities? For the worker API, which drake uses to deploy a whole DAG of jobs, it would be great to minimize the memory shuffle. Related: ropensci/drake#672.

I'm super slow on answer this, sorry. Let me get back to you.

Short outline: Improve robustness first in 0.9.0 and then move on to providing proper compute environments and worker pools on 1.0.
