Is this still developed?

This library has dropped out of stackage and nixpkgs because of a broken dependency (typelits-witnesses), and hasn't seen commits since a few years. Is it still maintained? We have a dependency on it in https://github.com/tweag/monad-bayes/, and it would be great to keep it, if it would see a recent release that makes it work in an up-to-date ecosystem.
