블로그 테마를 사용하기 위한 초기 가이드라인 설명을 상세하게 추가한다.

  • 테마 설치 추가 설명 및 명령어 안내
  • 국문 / 영문 가이드라인 모두 추가
  • Readme 상세 소개
    • 기존에 적어놓았던 필요없는 설명들 모두 제거
    • 썸네일 이미지 추가
