My objective was to run PLS analysis (X =training data; Y = e-phys) and determine how many components to use
-- Finished up my code and visual check for PLS analysis (see PLS-analysis.py)
-- Updated to-do list in README.md

Future directions
-- Extend analysis to other aspects of my project and create a notebook/binder to accompany the resulting paper.
-- Find a suitable repository for my data and link this data to my code (github) repo

***Among the different data repos mentioned in the course, do you reccommend any in particular? (It would consist mainly in maybe ~10-15 .mat files, <30 MB each)
