llto1.glpals.com is used to download extra data to get a faster GPS fix on Samsung devices. I think this shouldn't be blocked.

It seems, you are right, Samsung's A-GPS uses gllto.glpals.com : https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/about-a-gps-servers-gps-conf.1859395/ https://www.android-hilfe.de/forum/samsung-galaxy-note-n7000.415/gps-tracking-aufzeichnung-endet-schnell.179615.html
also Samsung, yes - seems false positive, author just didn't look in gps conf https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyTab/comments/r7ppzp/galaxy_tab_s7_wifi_functional_balanced_and/
But there are strange reports like from Windows https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=323613.0
or from bare [non-Samsung] Android https://www.reddit.com/r/fossdroid/comments/a5g4e7/even_if_you_have_a_los_device_without_gapps_your/
Many blocklists include this glpals.com as a suspicious https://www.reddit.com/r/pihole/comments/x9ms9w/pihole_not_working_after_update/
Ok, I removed it from blocklist, and will compile host lists in several days.
Sorry, something went wrong.
