Fast Refresh on dynamically import()ed components

I am using the @reactleaf/modal library, which dynamically imports modal code at runtime.

However, I suspect that this dynamic import interferes with Pigment CSS on Fast Refresh,
causing the styles of dynamically imported components to disappear during Fast Refresh.
