I don't really follow. But to answer your conrete question: no, you don't need Mumo if all you want is a Mumble server. I assume the easiest way to get a running server would be to use our official Docker image from Dockerhub |

OK, for warned!! I'm fairly new to Mumble, Portianer, Docker running on a Synology NAS. A bit ago, I got it all working. I have to be honest, not sure how I did it. I know that I pieced it together and of course didn't document it.
Today I went into the Synology Package manager and allowed the system to update the packages. Mumble will start. Mumo will start, but will almost immediately fail. I get this message: "Json: cannot unmarshal "true,\n "label": "YTDL_W..." into Go struct field templates.listResponse[]portainer.Templateportainer.Template[]portainer.TemplateEnvportainer.TemplateEnv.templates.2215.env.6.default of type string"
When I look at the stack in Portainer, I see this message: " This stack was created outside of Portainer. Control over this stack is limited." and of course I can't get to the docker compose stuff (or I don't remember how!!).
When I connect my cell phone to my server, I can hear the feed.
Do I need Mumo?
What is the best configuration?
More to test and learn about..
