The user profile sidebar stick to the profile body.

Furthermore the Pages section should be "merged" with the body because it's an integral part of it and will be made more dynamically editable later.

Settings on the other hand should be moved 'out of the box', but still sticky.

Just hacked together with photo editor for a visual cue; not meant as concrete aesthetic direction.
