Description with steps to reproduce

1. select a measure
2. move selection over different segment.
3. On one of the segements the marquee will expand beyond the initial selection size and fill the entire second measure
4. the location of the segment on which this happens seem do depend on the size of the selection. I couldn't systematically figure out the behaviour.

Another instance of something reproducing only when moving to a different stave (cannot reproduce when staying on the same stave).

Also seems to only reproduce when moving the range into the first segment of the next bar. Correct behaviour is observed when moving past the second segment.
