Hello,
after a lot's of afford i can't install dnp3 protocol and the links below are dead
http://dnp3.github.io/doc/2.0.x/building/prerequisites.html

could you tell me easy way to add dnp3 on conpot?

This is not a trivial task.
Have a look at #11
Have a look at https://github.com/mushorg/conpot/tree/dnp3_proxy for a proxy example.
