Patch doesn't cover unlocker and payouts.

mvs_mining_pool.diff doesn't fix the payouts and unlocker module. Also the account lookup doesn't work because the addresses don't contain 0x and are not 40 chars long.

We just implement the getwork/submitwork interface for mining of the open-mining-pool, much of other works are left behind, since we are not profession of mining-pool.
