https://github.com/mvukov/rules_ros/actions/runs/12430725205/job/34706720343 is the latest commit on main which is red. It looks like the examples are built with Bazel 8 (https://github.com/mvukov/rules_ros/actions/runs/12430725205/job/34706720343#step:5:9)

I already tried to fix this with #88 where I also specify the Bazel version used for the examples but it still downloads Bazel 8.
