to facilitate update can you please format with the NBCI number followed by the name "27334|Penicillium expansum"

Hi Alan, these are not NCBI taxonomy numbers, these are are all Pseudomonas aeruginosa samples, but each is a different clinical isolate with a unique NCBI biosample number - is it possible to use NCBI biosample numbers in ReDU? That would be super helpful! Thanks and best wishes, Raimo
