Tool for Crawling Network for Showing MWC Nodes Statistics

Taken from a discussion in Discord here, about the dashboard showing how many mwc nodes in the network.

The final requirement is to be able to provide some kind of service like https://bitnodes.io, but also including the version statistics.

For users who runs tor, it should be impossible to detect the location. The map for UI might not work.
