IMAP Access disabled by the helpdesk, unable to send feedback emails. #29

People on the UofI network can use outbound-relays.techservices.illinois.edu (https://answers.uillinois.edu/47888) |
Or even better, use smtp.office365.com and append '@illinois.edu' after the NetID. |
This is Ian from the technology services helpdesk, we've received a recent report that users are unable to send feedback after our changes to the IMAP system last month:

Could this issue please be resolved by adjusting the feedback system in order to comply with these changes?
