Revisit account "deletion" - what about having a "deactivated" state?

Marking as deactivated would mean you can't add new scores, and the player wouldn't show up as available for new games. This would allow users to remove themselves, but prevents the issues caused by actually deleting their score data (because it'd screw up all the games for other players)
