Deleting & Deactivating Schema Type

Description

Allow alternative deactivation process when schema type is deactivated and all related data will be also deleted from database.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add new option to clean postmeta

Expected behavior: There will be new button, which is responsible for deactivating schema type + deleting post metadata realted with this schema type. Second button will have same functionality as now, eg not deleting post metadata, but making unable to see it

Actual behavior: No such option for now
