Before I remembered that the correct URL was /help/unhappy, trying to access it at https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/help/refusal lead to a non-custom 404 page, that looks like some sort of default from Rails or the server.

The same does not occur when using a non-existent URL like https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/sdkjfhskdf:
