Breaking changes

This release changes the default hermes address used by node. Consumers require a migration for which tequila endpoints are provided. Migration has to be done in order to open a new consumer channel in the new hermes and move the funds.

Migration can be completed using:

• The CLI
• TequilaAPI
• Mobile bindings

Apps are expected to get the migration status and start a migration themselves if one is needed.
