What is the latest version? Is version 2.3.3 considered already released? #161

Hi,

according to https://github.com/mz-automation/lib60870/tags, the newest release is v2.3.2 from two years ago. However, I saw an increase of the internal version number to v2.3.3: ee2d02c

My question now is: Is this an official release or is this just in preparation for a later release? Which commit should I use if I want to use "the latest release"?

Hi,
I just did the official release for v2.3.3.
Before the latest release was still 2.3.2.
