While KODI itself supports cuesheets and allows to play individual songs within a long audio file comprising a whole album, kodimote shows just two files *.cue and *.flac. Why cannot the remote show the same content as the server?

Deadbeef-silica (available in openrepos) does have the code to support cuesheets. Perhaps, it can be reused (if Kodi does not provide .cue listing in its API)?
