Hi Max, happy holidays! A hug thanks for adjusting the widget cache, and also the adding supports on the size of symbols and text capitalizations! Really appreciate it! However, there seems to have a problem on the preferences part as the text customization and the symbols, were not opening or letting it change anything. I think there was part of the code you’ve missed.

Same. And the symbol size next to large temp is following sizing of other weather items

@ow410775 @LTLNEMO Could either of you send the .scriptable or .js files of your widget + Weather Cal code files? I've tried using old versions and updating and I haven't been able to reproduce the bug myself.

I have already reset and duplicated my weather-cal script which seemed to fix my issue here. I have now been able to open/access/ modify the values on text customizations, and symbol part on the preferences menu. However, may I know what actually updates when we change the “size” on the symbol part? Is that for all the symbols on the widget - both battery and main weather? Also, I am updating the size, but unable to see the difference on the display, hmmm...

Hi @mzeryck,

just discovered the same issue here, but have no time to track it down at the moment.
I have 2 widgets for quite some time using the latest weather cal version form my gist: https://gist.github.com/icsAT/1b832fa894fbe3fc1df99272c6ffd567 together with your latest code update now.

I am not able to get into the menue "Text sizes, colors, and fonts". All the other menues work fine.

Yesterday I made a copy of one of the scripts to test something. So, new script/name, same code. Everything works fine with this script. No issue.

So, for me it does not look like a code problem. Maybe something with the preference file/table handling. I will try to find out something if i got some time.

Greetings from Germany,

Andre

I'm finally returning to this project - wondering if anyone is still experiencing this issue? I know the initial implementation of the "Text sizes, colors, and fonts" menu broke because of incompatibility with previous versions of the widget. Just curious to see if I should take a look!
