store saved data in file insted of mongodb

Is it possible to add some parameter to specify local file storage ( for ex. /tmp ) insted of mongodb for store temporary data for differential checks ( like replica_primary or queries_per_second ) ?

In our environment percona-mongodb with 3 conf-servers + 3 replica set shards ( 3 member per replica set ) it's not possible to check some hosts due write restrictions to config servers and replica set members in shard.
