replace bootstrap and full calendar and replace them with a CDN. not sure how CDN's work with including bootstrap with sass but worse case scenario I can include that outside of the repository.

I cant figure out how to include fullCalendar with a CDN. they have a section on CDN's here but i dont see the required files for the plugins in the files in yarn.
