I saw a new ticket raised in the old n2n repo (ntop/n2n#1181) asking for this documentation.

The current documentation could certainly be improved - and that would probably highlight some usability improvements that could be made as well.

The dynamic IP routing helper (n3n-route) is also code rotted at the moment as it needs porting to the JsonRPC interface.
