希望告警规则的PromQL支持直接跳转到即时查询，像活跃告警中的PromQL。这里最好支持2种跳转，带阈值的和不带阈值（截取PromQL）的方式。感谢！

这个需要考虑函数的情况，比如sum函数里边嵌了rate，还要考虑多个指标的四则运算，得好好设计下
