使用之后不支持退出播放？ #2

用了一下，感觉非常的好用，现在Safari上用mama计划，Chrome上用这个插件。
使用了之后可以播放视频，但是似乎没有退回到原来网页的选项。

建议添加X按钮
建议修改默认网页全屏选项，默认播放器大小可以稍微小一些，方便进行其它操作
建议添加一些自定义配置选项，如默认打开大小等等

@crayygy 第一版略简陋，后续会改的，应该改成mama计划那样。
