"Ground-Generated"/"Notice Origin"

Add a boolean property to the "alert" schema indicating whether the notice was ground-generated (true) or flight-generated (false).

Alternatively, add the property "notice_origin". Possible standard values could be enumerated as "flight" and "ground", but "string" should be allowed, to allow a notice producer to be more specific.
