I installed memex explorer and configures one project with a nutch crawl. I specified seed list and number of rounds. And, the crawl ended successfully.
Now the problem is I am not able to see the crawled urls. How to see that. Also the documentation talks about two buttons, "Dump images" and "View results in solr" but neither appear in my case.
Basically crawl runs, but I am not able to see crawl results. Please suggest.

Thanks for the detailed report @shikhagu!

It looks like our documentation is out of date here :(

Also the documentation talks about two buttons, "Dump images" and "View results in solr" but neither appear in my case.

Can you point me to where this is stated in the documentation? I think we need to fix this.

For now, you can find the actual crawled data in source/resources/crawls. What sort of data would you like to see in the crawl results?

Thanks Aron. I was able to locate the crawl data at source/resources/crawls.
The documentation I was referring to for buttons is here: http://memex-explorer.readthedocs.org/en/latest/crawler_guide.html#nutch
Thanks again.

Still a documentation bug on our side, so I'll keep it open :)
