The rest of the frames uses the default parameters. F18903 (Ridgecrest) and F33039 (Hawaii) have overrides in your config file. We don't want the overrides be applied to them (see for example: #64).

In order to not use override parameters, this file needs to be modified to contain just the string "{}" for the OPERA PCM release 3.1.2:
