登陆后被挤掉线后无法退出 #363

登陆该版本后，如再别的地方再登陆，该版本提示“连接不可用”，但是界面仍保持登陆状态，点击退出登陆也无反应。

这个目前只能退掉程序，重新启动，后面有时间再优化

我这边是退掉程序也没用哦，要卸载重装好几次才能继续work

提交了一个 #372 被弹出了之后可以自动回到扫码页面.
