User Story

As an attendee, I want to see information about COVID 19 and how the conference is going to address it during the conference to determine whether or not I want to attend.

Made an init COVID 2019 page with a title and some paragraph text.
Waiting for some content to fill the page and as well as a design meeting.

Content:

We are continuously watching the issue as it unfolds. We have decided currently to proceed with caution and ensure we take into consideration the community at large as we progress forward. We are taking guidance from local and federal government. Additionally, we are taking notice from other community events in both their actions and reasoning as we all navigate this fluid situation.
As of now we are still planning on moving forward with our July 31st date as scheduled. Unless mandated by local authorities. As we get close to that date specifics policies and precautions will be announced.

Currently, we are in the heat of submission reviews and will be reaching out to speaking within the next 2 weeks. We hope at that time we also have a clearer picture of the state of things moving forward and will be able to provide a more stable outlook on the future of the 2020 event.

Our hearts are with those affected and will all of you as we are currently in an unstable state. As out plans unfold we anticipate being as accommodating as possible. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team with any questions or concerns about this matter.
