Missing template brains

Although #25 tried to bring template brains up to date, we have no template object for the following:

@lgoetz Are we supposed to have a Dyak template?

@ajdm Any chance you would be able to make appropriate template objects for the ones that you have handy and let me know what's left.

yes, we should have a Dyakuba intersex brain.

since it was made up of only 7 brains each, we excluded it from the voxel-wise analysis and it might also not be any good for bridging as a result

Sorry, I missed the original email notification of your question. I have
some JFRC2013/14 registrations on my laptop, but no surface model for
2014. Similarly, I have the V2 nrrd and registrations, but no surface
model. As far as I can find, I have absolutely nothing for Dyak and Cell07.

I think the Dyak template is in my nfs3 store, in a directory called
drosophilidDBM, or something similar.

Hi @ajdm, I actually meant objects of class templatebrain. If you could make these for all the brains that you have access to that would be really helpful. Best, G.
