May I define Compliance Rules by platform and device roles?

When I define the compliance rules, can I not only set it by platform but also edit it by platform and device role?
We need to set the rules
If the platform is "ios" and the device role is "access switch": I need to compare features: A,B,C
If the platform is "ios" and the device role is "core switch": I need to compare features: C,D,E

Can it be set like this?
