Inquiry: Would it make sense to abstract the thread in order to be able to use green-threads for actors?

I see there is a hard dependency on BT.
Would it be feasable to use green-threads, or would it even make sense?

I think it makes a lot of sense. The documentation for the green threads library says that "it tries to mimic BORDEAUX-THREADS API as much as possible."

Any idea on where it deviates from from bordeaux-threads?
