Field option can?/1 doesn't work for resource actions #891

Describe the bug

The field option can?/1 is not taken into account for resource actions (only for index, show and edit). The field option visible works as expected. This raises the question of how the two options differ?

To stay consistent with convention, we should rename visible to visible?.
