'Skip BIOS' option should initialize hardware to a similar state as the BIOS would #373

This option admittedly never got polished to the state where it needed to be.
Currently it just skips execution of the BIOS, but does not initialize any hardware to the expected state beyond the CPU. Some software does not like this.
