Can you be more specific please? Which exact edition of Pokemon, how many Pokemon are in your party and what audio settings are you using? And in what way does the sound appear inaccurate?
I have compared Pokemon Emerald and Fire Red between hardware and emulator (with a single Pokemon in my party) and I couldn't hear an obvious difference - but I also don't have a great setup for comparing sound on me right now.

Oh I forgot mention version: 1.8.1 stable
This version play any GBA Pokemon game, use a healing item such as Potion, then hear that sound inaccuracy, just like mGBA before 0.10.4. May be current dev version fixed it?

Ah okay, I thought you meant the Pokemon Center healing sound. I can hear the difference now.
