gentoo/gentoo: The official mirror of the Gentoo ebuild repositoryにpull request送れるらしい
独自パッケージならともかくアップデータは上流に上げたほうが良さそう

あんまり品質に自信がないので、
gentoo/guru: [MIRROR] GURU: repository of new packages maintained collaboratively by users
から始めたほうが良さそう。
どちらにせよGPGは必要そう。
