Actually, CLIMBAZOLE might fall into a similar category. FDA initiated, but never completed, the OTC monograph process for this antidandruff shampoo ingredient. It was included in a 2006 FDA OTC list with an indeterminate status.
A review of prior drug lists identified the curious case of BROMAZEPAM.
Circa 2010 a 100mg product was listed in the NDC. However, I can find no record of an NDA for this product. It is listed under DEA statutes.
