Info for redirect after login gets lost when we submit incorrect login credentials .

Steps to reproduce -->

Go to http://210.212.85.155.
Click on All Notices in sidebar .
You will be redirected to login screen . Note the URL, it contains info regarding where to redirect the user after successful login . (http://210.212.85.155/accounts/login/?next=/notices/).
Now enter incorrect credentials on login screen and press Submit button .
Now the URL doesn't contain the info regarding where to redirect . It's only (http://210.212.85.155/accounts/login) .
